BIOLOGY 11

Indicators of Success:  C+ or better in Science 10 and strong work habits. 
Description: An ecological survey of all of life, with a focus on how it has evolved. 
This course scans the smallest viruses to the largest of organisms through the six
Kingdoms.  Students are involved with a wide range of hands-on activities and some dissections to deepen their learning and to connect to the living world around them.

BIOLOGY 12

Indicators of Success:  Chemistry 11 is a definite asset for success.
Description: This course involves an in-depth study of human biochemistry and
the human body systems.  It is designed for those students interested in a career
in a health-related field or those interested in how the body works.  
(This course has an optional Provincial exam.)
