Thank you to our Athletic Director, Ryan MacKinnon, for organizing last Saturday's college basketball game at LVR, which was part of the UBCO Heat's team retreat to Nelson.  The game featured a couple LVR players in their scrimmage and The Heat also led a day time workshop for Nelson youth basketball players.
