Good day out there, LVR Community.

This week's pics come from Mr. Balls & Mr. MacKinnon from last week's Girls' Rugby Provincials in Abbotsford, and Ms. Mobbs from the student-led SPCA fundraiser this week, which raised $250.  In spite of the tough competition, the girls came back very positive about their experience together as a team.

The votes are now tallied for our future LV Rogers sports teams name, starting next school year.  We are now the....LV Rogers Grizzlies!  Thank you to all students and staff who were involved in the process and who voted.  We are in discussion about details for celebrating the past and moving forward with our new name and logo.  

Cafeteria - June 13 is the last day of preordered lunches.  June 17 & 18 will be open, with no preorders. Closed June 19 until the end of the year.

Grads, be sure to keep up on all grad details through the LVR Grad Page and the Grad 2024 google classroom.  The LVR Grad Page will be updated weekly, so please continue to check back to this site and share it out in your groups. 

SD8 Bus Registration for 2024-25 is now open at Student Bus Request - SD8 Kootenay Lake until June 14, 2024. Applications received after this due date will be considered only if space is available on routes as scheduled.  All families requesting SD8 school busing privileges MUST register annually.
