Hi LV families,

I hope that by now your family is settling into the routine of being back at school. Our classes are now set, and students are back to the routine. I would like to remind students that digital devices are not to be used in the school during instructional time, which also means during spares for our Grade 11s and 12s. 
September 9th was photo day at LV, but don’t worry if you missed it. Retake day is in the afternoon on October 20th.
It is a short week for students this week; Friday, September 19th is a school planning day. No school on Friday.

We will be hosting an Alberta post-secondary colleges and universities night in the gym at LVR on Tuesday, September 23^rd from 6:30 to 8 pm we encourage all grade 11 & 12 students and their families to join.

The LVR Terry Fox Run will be on September 24th, and is being organized by our Rec Leadership team again this year. Big shout out to Mr. McComb and all the students for making this event happen for the whole school. More details about the Terry Fox run to follow soon.
