Hello LVR Families,

Student Reporting

I hope that you have now been able to access your child’s term 1 report card. To access this quarter's report card, please go to the MyEd login . 

Once you are in MyEd, you will find your child’s current report card under the Published Reports tab. If you get really stuck, our office staff is happy to assist you during the school day: call 250-352-5538 any time between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm. 

Arts and Drama Exhibitions and Events

I thought that I would take the opportunity to highlight some of the awesome fine arts that are ongoing at LV. The picture for today’s blog is brought to you by a collaboration between Wildflower Nelson and LV students. The “Monster’s in the Details” exhibit will be at Wildflower school on December 4th, from 6 - 7 p.m. 

Our Drama students are putting the final touches on their Fall show “THE REAL INSPECTOR HOUND”. Tickets are still available through the LVR office for November 28th & 29th. The show starts at 7:00pm in the LVR Performing Arts Space. 

Dance Program Poinsettia Fundraiser

The Dance program performed at the Capitol Theatre on Saturday and continues to fundraise for their program with its annual Poinsettia fundraiser! All proceeds will help to support LVR’s Dance Program offset production costs, master classes, artistic residencies, lo festival entries, travel and more. Each purchase helps fund production costs, master classes, artistic residencies, festival entries, travel, and more.

LVR Band Purdy's Chocolates Fundraiser

Finally, the LVR Band will host its winter concert on December 11th starting at 6:30pm at LVR. This is also the last week to support the band by purchasing Purdy’s chocolates. You can start ordering by on the Purdy's fundraising website by entering the LVR CUSTOMER number: 78605 .
