LVR Weekly Update - 09Mar24
Good day out there, LVR Community.
This week's pic comes from the return of the 24-Hour Writing Contest, hosted at LVR last Friday/Saturday from 11:30am-11:30am, and included guest authors, Gillian Wylie & Roz Nay. Thanks to Ms. Kroker & Ms. Lord for organizing and hosting this event, along with Ms. Browning who is helping with selecting the winner from the 16 entries. Students involved in this event were highly engaged and were incredibly helpful with each other in idea-generation and editing each other's work. Watch for this event again next year!
Thanks to our Athletic Director, Mr. MacKinnon, for putting together this LVR Athletics: Winter Season in Review. We appreciate all the support of the adults involved in supporting our Athletics programming and to all students for committing to our teams!
Be sure to check out LVR Artists' series of Atmospheric Ink Paintings in a current exhibition at the NDCC, which runs from Feb 22- April 4th. We are working on a press release for this, and in the meantime, please visit LVR Student Art at NDCC.
