Good day out there, LVR Community.
This week's main image comes from Ms. Matosevic's Jazz Band's trip to Kelowna for the BC Interior Jazz Festival where the LVR Jazz Band received a silver rating and two students were recognized with outstanding musical achievement. The images below come from Mr. MacKinnon and the LVR Tennis team and there beautiful location up above the school and Mr. Parnell's Spanish class from a video project working with idiomatic exression with the verb 'Tener'.
Grad Talent Show Auditions for any grade 10-12 students interested in performing are April 14, 15, 16 at lunch. See the QR code at the link to sign up.
Cafeteria online meals ordering is now open from April 4-14 for meals served April 22 - June 12.
Course selections for next school year are now mostly completed and Mr. Wyllie and I are moving into scheduling for 2025-26. If you have not yet submitted your course requests for 2025-26, please see Mr. Wyllie or Secretary Jules ASAP to have yours included in the scheduling process.
Please be sure pay student fees for new semester 2 courses that started last week. Payments can be made in-person to Secretary Arlene or through our online make a payment tool.
