Big congratuflations to the LV Rogers senior girls volleyball team, as they will be heading to AAA Volleyball Provincials in Lake Country at the beginning of December. 

The girls beat JL Crowe Thursday night, in three straight games to help them earn their spot in the Provincial tournament. 

Way to go Bomber ans best of luck!

LV Rogers' Remembrance Day service was held the morning of November 10 in the LVR gym. The service attended by LVR staff and students as well as special guest community members, Trustee Bremner and Brian Koster from the Royal Canadian Legion - Nelson Branch.

LV Rogers Professional Development Day on October 21 consisted of various professional learnings throughout the school, including Aboriginal Education professional learning.

Congratulations to the LVR Senior Girls Volleyball Team who placed 1st in the Division 2 FInals at the Best of the West tournament in Kelowna October 15-17, and placed 2nd in Kimberly October 21-24.

On September 28 2022, LVR students had the opportunity to engage with various clubs and groups in the school and community. After completing the Terry Fox run, students took a walk through the Multipurpose room to check out all the different clubs that LVR has to offer! At LVR, there is something for everyone! LV Rogers School Planning Day took place on Friday, September 23 ( Thank you to our School L eadership Team Mel Mobbs, Sasha Kitch, Arran Wilkin, Shelley Wiltshire, and Jesse Halton) for their support in making the day about collaborative, student focused conversations in the areas of numeracy, literacy, and school connectedness.
