Good day out there, LVR Community.

What an amazing start to March and spring in the Kootenays.  Love this time of year and all that there is to do indoors & outdoors!  This week's pics come from Ms. McTague's & the LVR Physics Olympics Team competing once again at UBC this weekend, our Senior Boys Basketball Team winning the Osoyoos Tournament and heading this week to Provincials in Langely, and Mr. Morton's Math 10 students working outside on development their practical understanding of Trigonometry.

Thanks to Rec Leadership for organizing our second annual Indoor Track Meet and for all who participated in the games and as posititive audience members.  Such a fun & well-organized event!

Over the next two weeks we will be having students submit their course requests for next school year during A block, with the intention of having all current Gr. 9-11 students' requests in prior to spring break so that Mr. Wyllie and I can jump into the rather large process of building next year's timetable & teacher assignements, in order to have student schedules ready before summer break.  See our updated Course Selections 2025-26 website.

Please be sure pay student fees for new semester 2 courses that started last week. Payments can be made in-person to Secretary Arlene or through our online make a payment tool.
