Happy 2025, LVR Community! Hope you have all been enjoying the break and are ready to return for the final weeks of semester one and the transition into semester two.
Prior to the break The City of Nelson hosted their annual awards evening and LVR was well represented. Congratulations to our LVR Green Team for winning a Sustainability Leadership Award and to 2024 LVR Grad, Atlyn Proctor, who is Nelson's 2025 Sports Ambassador! We would also like to acknowledge and thank LVR Youth & Family Worker, Robin Sheppard, for her incredible work in supporting families with food hampers & gifts heading into the holiday season! Funding for this project was generously donated this year from the Nelson & District Credit Union and Vancouver Sun, with many contributions made from across our community.
